BEA Connector for Astoria CMS
Janueary 12, 2005 Kontentsu has developed a connector that seamlessly integrates BEA WebLogic with Astoria Software's content-management system.
The Astoria SPI Connector installs on WebLogic and monitors a cabinet in the Astoria CMS. Document objects dropped into the cabinet, and their custom (system) metadata, appear automatically in WebLogic as virtual objects. WebLogic workflow uses these virtual objects to execute business logic in a portal.

that better represents the broad range of its services.
Technically, the website is structured. It is created from XML and
transformed to XHTML. Pages can be validated. Style sheets can be validated.
Screen layout is controlled entirely through CSS. This page, for
example, does not use tables to define columns (use View | Page Source
in your browser to verify this).
Metadata Model Completed
August, 2002 Kontentsu recently completed the development of a metadata model for a global client. The
model will be used to retrieve content from a repository, and assemble it into
information products, using Topic Maps.
The model is extensible, allowing it to meet new enterprise needs.
